Альбом "Coda" вышел 19 ноября 1982-го - через два года после смерти барабанщика группы Джона Бонэма и официального заявления о распаде Led Zeppelin. Пластинка, собрана Джимми Пейджем из ранее не издававшегося материала, добралась до 4-го места в Великобритании и 6-го - в США. Вошедшая в альбом песня "Wearing And Tearing" была готова ещё в 1979-м и очень нравилась Пейджу - он даже хотел выпустить её на миньоне перед музыкальным фестивалем того же года в Нэбуорте, Англия. Этого тогда не произошло. Зато позднее, в 1990-м, Джимми исполнит её вместе с Робертом Плантом на очередном благотворительном фестивале всё там же, в Нэбуорте… А данью памяти и уважения Джону Бонэму явилась перемикшированная Пейджем концертная запись барабанного соло, сделанная в Монтрё в 1969-м, - "Bonzo's Montreux". В качестве автора этой композиции значится "John Bonham Drum Orchestra".
